GRAAF retains the transparency of classic BAF (area × factor) and adds limited performance refinement for quality and parcel integration.
GRAAF = ( Σ (Aₖ × fₖ × f_q,ₖ × f_c,ₖ) ) / A_parcel
Where fₖ is the base factor per surface type, f_q reflects ecological quality (structure, diversity, management), and f_c reflects connectivity/synergy (coherence, routing to infiltration, vertical/horizontal linkage).
